Il Paradiso Rosa
Il Paradiso Rosa is the first of the three rooms of Villa Lou and completely furnished in an eclectic Italian style. The room is located on the first floor at the front of the villa. In the mountains you can see the traditional church of the neighbourhood 'Maclino'. This pink paradise has an indoor conservatory with lots of light and an open view of the garden and lake Garda. To maintain the authentic caracter, we have eliminated the televison in each room. The space features countless pieces of art and antiques.
We have decorated the rooms with great care, but also with a lot of fun. We hope that you will experience the authentic Italian atmosphere with us.

We believe transparency is important. That is why we have fixed prices per season, so you immediately see what the costs are. We can also be found on booking platforms, which means that a price may differ from our fixed prices written above.

- When booking a single overnight stay, we charge an additional fee of €15 per room. This can be paid at the location
As a small accommodation, we are strict in our cancellation conditions:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the reservation date. After 30 days, we will charge you an amount step by step if you will cancel. All the rules regarding cancellations can be found in our general terms and conditions.
- If you cancel due to circumstances within 30 days before arrival, we will always assess your cancellation within reason. Unfortunately, we can only do this if you have booked directly with us.
We advise guests to always take out travel cancellation insurance.
Other information room
- We check your room every day. On the fourth day of your stay, we completely clean the room and change the sheets.
- Every other day we change your towels.
- There is Nespresso coffee, tea and sparkling water available in the room.
- Italian tapwater contains a lot of lime. That is why our osmosis machine filters all the water, so that it is even more drinkable for you.
- Our accommodation is aimed for two adults. Children are welcome if upon request and cots are available.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged items. Your booking of a room in Villa Lou is entirely at your own risk, unless it is demonstrably our fault.
- The province of Brescia is asking tourist tax of €1,- per day per person. They also require us to make a copy of an identity document. You can pay the tourist tax with us. We transfer this back to the province.
- We would like to point out our general terms and conditions and our house rules. We keep these rules as limited as possible, because we trust you as our guest.
Breakfast
We do not serve breakfast as standard when you book a room. To avoid waste, we do not have a breakfast buffet. We are a small B&B and every guest has his or her own personal breakfast needs. We do have the following options:
- Full breakfast / 15.00 p.p ( bun, croissant, various toppings, butter, fresh orange juice )
- Italian breakfast / 9.50 p.p ( toast, croissant, jam, butter, fresh orange juice )
- Light breakfast / 8.50 p.p ( yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, muesli, honey, croissant )
- Fresh orange juice / 6.50 for 0.5 liter
You can also order individual buns from our bakery Monte Baldo:
- Soft bun based on milk or olive oil / 1.00 per piece
- 'Tartaruga' (light semi-hard bun) / 1.25 per piece
- Croissant natural / 1.25 per piece
- Croissant with chocolate, pistachio or jam filling / 1.25 per piece

If you would like to use our breakfast options, you can indicate your choice by using our breakfast menu. You can place the completed breakfast card on the secretaire at the entrance before 6 p.m. the day before breakfast.
We serve breakfast in your room or elsewhere in our B&B. You can put your dirty dishes on the tray outside your room in the hallway. We will bring it back with us serve you clean dishes again.
Parking and swimming pool
Below you will find brief information about parking and the swimming pool. More detailed information can be found under the 'Information' section on our site.
Parking
You can park safely on Villa Lou's own grounds on the right side of the building. You will receive your own electronic key for the entrance gate.
Each booked room has one private free parking space.
We ask you to park at the parking lot number corresponding to your room number (1, 2 or 3).
We have a charging station with two charging points. We charge costs for this.
Swimming pool
Every guest may use the swimming pool. We are a small B&B with three rooms, so it will be relatively quiet. However, we ask you to take consideration of any form of inconvenience to your fellow guests and our neighbours. Partly because of this, the swimming pool is closed after 7 p.m.
Every morning, we clean the swimming pool. It will be yours to use from 9.30 a.m.
