But also a trip through the mountains. The views from here are breathtaking. At Villa Lou you will find information for countless beautiful walks.
The beautiful large cities such as Verona, Milan, Brescia and Venice are also easily accessible from Toscolano-Maderno. And did you know that the Italian Dolomites are only 60 kilometers away? It is so wonderfully beautiful there in all seasons! And along the way you will stop in Tenna, the most beautiful village in all of Italy, as many Italians say.

Your check in is possible from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM at the latest. Would you like to check in earlier?Please ask Villa Lou about the possibilities.

Breakfast
We do not serve breakfast as standard when you book a room. We are a small B&B and everyone has his or her own personal breakfast needs. To avoid waste, we do not have a breakfast buffet. We do have various options for breakfast. These are described in the information about the rooms.

Parking
- Each room has one free parking space.
- Parking an extra car must always be arranged in consultation with Villa Lou. We only have a certain amount of parking space available.
- We kindly ask you to park at the number that corresponds to your room number (1, 2, 3).
- You can park your car safely at the right side of the villa. To exit, turn backwards, turn in front of the villa and then drive forward down the driveway towards the entrance gate.
When driving out, please pay close attention to passing pedestrians or cyclists! - After the check-in, you will receive your own electronic key for the entrance gate. This can be controlled remotely.
- Villa Lou has an electric charging station with two charging points. We charge normal costs for this. You will receive more information after the check-in.

Swimming pool
Villa Lou has a beautiful swimming pool that you can use freely. The swimming pool is open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.
- With regard to everyone's safety, we ask everyone to use plastic glasses. These are ready for you in the rooms or at the pool.
- Music is not allowed.
- Causing any form of nuisance to a fellow guest or neighbors is not permitted.
- We provide towels at the pool. You don't have to bring towels from the rooms because we provide you towels at the swimming pool. Please only use these towels at the swimming pool and do not take them to the beach.

Boat rental
Sailing on Lake Garda is an activity that is almost impossible to miss out. The lake is large enough (370 km2) for a whole day of sailing. Only in the northern part of the lake, at Riva del Garda, motor boat traffic is not allowed because of the water sports there. Therefore, you are not allowed to sail here.
Our Vega Mistral from 1968 is ready for you. It is a true fairytale. Just the sound of its Volvo Penta engine takes you to another place. This boat can be rented without a skipper, if you have had your boating license for more than four years and are at least 25 years old. If not, we will provide the skipper so that you can still experience this magical feeling.

Vespa Rental
What is Italy without its Vespas? In all colors they enrich the image of the daily Italian life. Touring with such a beautiful Vespa is "La Dolce Vita" without a doubt. What a feeling of freedom!
We rent two beautiful Vespas (from 01/07/2024) including a helmet and a passenger helmet. All prices include the first free driven 150 kilometers, after this, you pay 0.40 cents per kilometer. The rental does not include fuel. We ask that you return from your trip with a full tank of fuel. There are several gas stations in the village of Toscolano-Maderno. Because you are our guest, you do not have to pay us a deposit.

SUP (Stand up Paddling) Rental
Villa Lou has the option of renting two large SUPs. You may rent them to explore Lake Garda. From the water you can see the beautiful villas, hotels and gardens in a completely different way. Fantastic!

Other information
- The price per night includes final cleaning.
- All floors are only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.
- We kindly ask you to take energy consumption into account for the climate. When you are not in the room, you do not have to leave the air conditioning on. We have very well functioning air conditioners that can cool your room within 15 minutes.
- We check your room every day. We try to do this between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- If desired, we also offer a laundry service. The costs for one wash (maximum 8 kilos) are €12,50 for washing, drying and folding.
- You may use our iron and board. These can be found on stairs at the first floor.
- We have an osmosis device that filters all our tap water. We connected this machine, because the tap water in Italy contains a lot of lime. So you can safely drink from our tap.
- Pets are not allowed in Villa Lou.
