Il Perigone Blu
Il Perigone Blu is the second room and also completely in Italian style. The flowers represent renewal, future and youth. The hope of the return of spring, in which everything awakens again, and as the start of a new cycle. The room has a beautiful view over the hills and partly over the lake. You will also see the church of the neighbourhood 'Maclino'. If you look closely, you will see two falcons circling above the hills and their hunting area almost every day. This room has a beautiful large bathroom.
We have decorated the rooms with great care, but also with a lot of fun. We hope that you will experience the Italian atmosphere with us.

We believe transparency is important. That is why we have fixed prices per season, so you immediately see what the costs are. We can also be found on booking platforms, which means that a price may differ from our fixed prices written above.
- All above prices exclude breakfast
- Prices do not include tourist tax of 1€ per person per day
- Free parking for one spot on site
- When booking a single overnight stay, we charge an additional fee of €15 per room.
As a small accommodation, we are strict in our cancellation conditions:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the reservation date. After 30 days, we will charge you an amount step by step if you will cancel. All the rules regarding cancellations can be found in our general terms and conditions.
- If you cancel, due to circumstances, within 30 days before arrival, we will always assess your cancellation within reason. We can only do this if you have booked directly with us.
- We advise guests to always take out travel cancellation insurance.
Breakfast
Because everybody has his/her own breakfast preferences, we offer a variety of breakfasts at Villa Lou. This starts from a full breakfast, to just yoghurt with fruit, or even small individual items, such as a boiled egg. Once you're here, you may fill out the breakfast card the day before your breakfast.

Parking
You can park safely on Villa Lou's territory, on the right side of the building. You will receive your own electronic key for the entrance gate. Each booked room has one private free parking space.
Swimming pool
Every guest may use our beautiful swimming pool. We are a small B&B with three rooms, so it will be relatively quiet. However, we ask you to take consideration of any form of inconvenience to your fellow guests and our neighbours. Partly because of this, the swimming pool is closed after 19:00 o'clock.
Every morning, we clean the swimming pool. It will be yours to use from 9.30 o'clock.
