The last room is a superior stay. This space has a living room, a separate bedroom, and a large balcony with seating area. From this balcony you have a magnificent view of the mountains, lake Garda, the garden and our village Toscolano-Maderno.
The crane is a messenger of peace and happiness. This space conveys the same message. A peaceful and nice feeling. This bird also symbolizes loyalty, wisdom and a long life. What an abundance of positive symbolism!
Quality comes first for us. The rooms are fully equipped for your comfort. Our beds and mattresses are certainly part of this.

We believe transparency is important. That is why we have opted for fixed prices per season, so that you immediately know what the costs are. We can also be found on booking platforms, which means that a price may differ from our fixed prices stated above.

- Free parking for one spot on site
- When there has been a single overnight stay booked, we charge an additional fee of 15,- per room. You can pay this at Villa Lou
As a small accommodation, we are strict about our cancellation conditions.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the reservation date. We will then charge you an amount step by step if you cancel. You will find all the rules regarding cancellations in our general terms and conditions.
- If you have to cancel, due to circumstances, within 30 days before arrival, we will always consider your cancellation within reason. Unfortunately, we can only do this if you have booked directly with us.
- We advise guests to always take out travel and cancellation insurance.
Other information
- You may check in from 14:00. Check-out is before 11:00 o'clock.
- We check your room every day. On the fourth day of your stay we clean the room enitrely and change your bed linen.
- We change all towels every other day.
- There is Nespresso coffee, tea and sparkling water in the room.
- Italian water contains a lot of lime. That is why our osmosis device filters all the water, so that it is even more drinkable for you.
- Our accommodation aims at two adults. Children are also welcome upon request and cots are available.
- We are not liable for any lost/damaged items. Your booking of a room at Villa Lou is entirely at your own risk, unless it is demonstrably our fault.
- The province of Brescia asks tourists tax of €1 per day per person. You can pay the tourist tax with us. We will transfer this back to the province.
- We would like to point out our general terms and conditions and our house rules. We keep these rules as limited as possible, because we rely on you.
Breakfast
We do not serve breakfast as standard when you book a room. To avoid waste, we do not have a breakfast buffet. We are a small B&B, and every guest has his or her own personal breakfast needs. We do have the following options:
- Full breakfast / 15,00 p.p ( rolls, croissant, various fillings, butter, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice )
- Italian breakfast / 8,50 p.p ( toast, croissant, butter, jam, fresh orange juice)
- Light breakfast / 11,50 p.p ( yogurt, fresh fruit, muesli, honey, croissant, fresh orange juice )
- Fresh orange juice / 6,50 for 0.5 liters
You can also order individual rolls from our bakery Monte Baldo:
- Soft roll based on milk or olive oil / 1,25 each
- 'Tartaruga' (light, semi-hard roll) / 1,50 each
- Croissant natural / 1,75 each
- Croissant with chocolate, pistachio or jam filling / 1,75 each

If you would like to use our breakfast options, you can indicate your choice by using our breakfast menu. You can place the completed breakfast card on the first floor at the cupboard before 20:00 o'clock the day before breakfast.
We serve breakfast in your room or elsewhere in our B&B. You can put your dirty dishes on the tray outside your room in the hallway. We will restock your table while we're housekeeping.
Parking and swimming
Below you will find brief information about parking and the swimming pool. More detailed information can be found under the 'Information' section on our site.
Parking
You can park private and safely on Villa Lou's own grounds on the right side of the building. You will receive your own electronic gate key for the entrance gate.Each booked room has one free parking space.
Swimming pool
Every guest can use our beautiful swimming pool. We are a small B&B with three rooms, so it will be relatively quiet. However, we ask you to limit any form of inconvenience to your fellow guests and our neighbors. Partly because of this, the swimming pool is closed after 19:00 o'clock.
The swimming pool is put back in order every morning. It is yours to use from 9:30 o'clock.
